Assists General Manager with the execution of hotel objectives.Īn experienced focused service General Manager, full- service Assistant General Manager, or previous Room Division Manager, with at least 2 years of leadership in hotel operations. Ensures Hotel policies and procedures are adhered to. Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers. Ensure security and safety for the hotel’s assets. Participates in the development of short term and long term financial and operational plans for the hotel. Ensures the guest satisfaction levels and monitor guest service scores, comments, and social interactions to provide continuous improvement. Recruit, manage, train and develop the Room Division team.
